Thank you for considering to serve at Walking Like Jesus. 

Walking Like Jesus is an evangelistic ministry that is called to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the UK, Europe and across the world. Evangelist Daniel Chand founded the ministry in 2013. It all begun by preaching on the streets of the UK, with undeniable miracles following. Since then, the ministry has expanded to the nations, and the team has travelled to over 15 countries, witnessing over 10,000 decisions for Jesus Christ. 

As the ministry has grown rapidly in the last few years, the fruitful work is owed to our faithful partners and volunteers who help us achieve so much. In this current stage of the organisation, we would like to open the opportunity for volunteers at Walking Like Jesus. If you are servant-hearted and share a passion for evangelism, this may be for you. You will gain a rewarding experience, partaking in the work of the ministry, and developing your spiritual gifts and skills. With our presence expanding in the UK, combined with our growing activities, you can join in the excitement. Come and be a part of all that God is doing across the nation.​

Our great desire is to see an end time harvest of souls in the UK. We travel across the nation to pioneer revival meetings, outreach events, and build up the body of Christ for evangelism in these last days. We are an intimate family who share a call for the Gospel, and a passion for winning souls to Christ. Before considering any of our vacancies, please take a thorough look at our website. 

There are many areas in which you could help us, and below are the current opportunities available:  

EVENT VOLUNTEERS 

These could be conferences and events hosted by Walking Like Jesus, where we would require the following roles:

  • ​​Ushers & Welcome Team – If you possess good leadership and interpersonal skills, you can help facilitate events and ensure all are warmly welcomed.

  • Catchers – Work alongside our catching team during worship and ministry time.

  • Hospitality Team – Assist in the Green Room and support guest ministers.

  • Intercessory Prayer – If you are a fervent intercessor and share a passion for revival, come and be part of our prayer ministry team.

  • Security – Help with our security at our conferences and events.

  • Set Up & Tear Down Teams – Help with the setup and tear down of events, including street outreach.​​

MEDIA TEAM ASSISTANT 

You will have an interest or already possess skills and experience in the following areas:

  • ​Videography – Filming and video editing of events and conferences.

  • Photography – Capturing and editing event photos, and producing creative Christian posts.

  • Laptop and Projector Experience – Basic experience with the operation of church events/worship slides etc.

  • Social Media – Assisting with social media and acquiring forward-thinking and creative skills.

  • Audio/Sound – Recording and editing audio/sound captured from events and conferences.

  • Travel – Attend and participate in events, conferences and team meetings as required.

Please note that if you do not possess considerable media-related experience, and you would still like to serve, training can be provided in specific areas.​​

MINISTRY INTERNSHIP​

This opportunity will allow you to be relationally involved in our ministry. It will develop you as a person and it will give you a level of discipleship. You will gain vital ministry experience in all aspects of Walking Like Jesus as you faithfully serve. Below are possible roles that you may undertake:​

  • Administration – Support the operation of the ministry and work closely in a team.

  • Hospitality – Coordinate event hospitality and resources.

  • Social Media – Cooperate with social media and acquire forward-thinking and creative skills.   

  • Videography – Filming and video editing of events and conferences.

  • Photography – Capturing and editing event photos, and producing creative Christian posts.

  • Travel – Attend and participate in events, conferences and team meetings as required.
